1 cup cooked chicken or chickpeas
1 cup cherry tomatoes
1 cup cucumber
1/4 cup red onion
1/2 cup feta cheese
1/3 cup olives
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons parsley
