2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon cornstarch
2 tablespoons water
1 tablespoon olive oil or sesame oil
2 tablespoons chopped green onions
1 teaspoon sesame seeds optional
Pat shrimp dry with paper towels.
In a bowl mix honey, garlic, soy sauce, lemon juice, and water.
In a separate bowl mix cornstarch with 1 tablespoon water to form a slurry.
Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Add shrimp and cook about 1 to 2 minutes per side until pink.
