1 teaspoon sesame seeds optional

Instructions

  • Pat shrimp dry with paper towels.

  • In a bowl mix honey, garlic, soy sauce, lemon juice, and water.

  • In a separate bowl mix cornstarch with 1 tablespoon water to form a slurry.

  • Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

  • Add shrimp and cook about 1 to 2 minutes per side until pink.

  • Add cornstarch slurry and cook another minute until sauce thickens.
