6 large eggs
1 cup egg whites
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup cottage cheese
1 cup cooked chicken breast, diced
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced
1/4 cup onion, finely chopped

1/4 teaspoon black pepper
