All the classic Big Mac flavors — seasoned beef, pickles, onions, melty cheese, crisp lettuce, and creamy special sauce — wrapped up in a soft tortilla for an easy, crave-worthy homemade meal.
For the Wraps:
1 lb ground beef
4 large flour tortillas
1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce
½ cup chopped dill pickles or pickle slices
½ cup diced onion
4 slices American cheese
Salt, pepper, and garlic powder to season beef
For the Special Sauce:
½ cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp yellow mustard
1 tbsp sweet pickle relish
1 tsp white vinegar
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
¼ tsp paprika
In a small bowl, mix all special sauce ingredients. Chill while prepping other components.
Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Cook until no longer pink and lightly crispy. Drain fat.
Warm tortillas until soft.
Spread 1–2 tbsp special sauce on each tortilla. Layer with lettuce, pickles, onions, cheese, and cooked beef.
Add a little extra sauce on top, then wrap tightly.
Optional: Toast wrap in skillet for 1–2 minutes per side.
Slice and serve hot.
For low-carb: Use lettuce wraps and sugar-free ketchup.
