  • 4 large flour tortillas

  • 1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce

  • ½ cup chopped dill pickles or pickle slices

  • ½ cup diced onion

  • 4 slices American cheese

  • Salt, pepper, and garlic powder to season beef

For the Special Sauce:

  • ½ cup mayonnaise

  • 1 tbsp ketchup

  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard

  • 1 tbsp sweet pickle relish

  • 1 tsp white vinegar

  • ½ tsp garlic powder

  • ½ tsp onion powder

  • ¼ tsp paprika

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, mix all special sauce ingredients. Chill while prepping other components.

  • Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Cook until no longer pink and lightly crispy. Drain fat.

  • Warm tortillas until soft.

  • Spread 1–2 tbsp special sauce on each tortilla. Layer with lettuce, pickles, onions, cheese, and cooked beef.

  • Add a little extra sauce on top, then wrap tightly.

  • Optional: Toast wrap in skillet for 1–2 minutes per side.

  • Slice and serve hot.

Notes

  • For low-carb: Use lettuce wraps and sugar-free ketchup.

  • Add tomatoes or bacon for fun variations.

  • Great for lunches or on-the-go meals.
