4 chicken thighs
1/2 cup barbecue sauce
2 tablespoons honey
2 cloves garlic
1 1/2 pounds potatoes
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 cloves garlic
1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
Toss potatoes with oil, garlic, and seasoning, then roast.
Mix BBQ sauce, honey, and garlic, then coat chicken.
Add chicken to the pan and bake until cooked through.
Flip potatoes and baste chicken during cooking.
Sprinkle Parmesan on potatoes and serve warm.
