  • 1 cup long-grain white rice (uncooked)

  • 2¼ cups low-sodium chicken broth

  • ⅓ cup honey

  • ⅓ cup soy sauce (low-sodium)

  • 3 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar or apple cider vinegar

  • ½ tsp ground ginger (optional)

  • 1 tbsp oil or spray for greasing

  • Optional: sliced green onions, sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease a 9×13 baking dish.

  • In a bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, garlic, vinegar, and ginger. Set aside.

  • Add rice and broth to the baking dish. Stir to combine.
