5 cups broccoli florets, chopped
1 large Honeycrisp apple, diced
1/3 cup dried cranberries
1/3 cup sunflower seeds or sliced almonds
1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon honey
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Wash and chop broccoli into small pieces.
Dice the Honeycrisp apple and set aside.
Combine broccoli, apple, cranberries, seeds, and onion in a bowl.
Whisk mayonnaise, vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper.
Pour dressing over salad and mix gently.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Stir and adjust seasoning if needed.
