These Garlic Butter Cheeseburger Rollups wrap all your favorite burger flavors in flaky crescent dough, brushed with rich garlic butter and baked to golden perfection.
1 lb ground beef (80/20)
1 small yellow onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp ketchup
1 tsp yellow mustard
1/4 cup dill pickles, finely chopped (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp onion powder
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 can (8 oz) crescent roll dough
2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
1 clove garlic, minced (for butter)
Optional: sesame seeds, parsley flakes
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, sauté onion until soft. Add garlic and cook 30 seconds.
Add beef and cook until browned. Drain grease.
Stir in ketchup, mustard, pickles, salt, pepper, paprika, and onion powder. Let cool slightly.
Unroll crescent dough and separate into triangles or squares.
Add spoonful of beef mixture and cheese to each piece. Roll tightly and place seam-side down on baking sheet.
Mix melted butter with minced garlic and brush over tops.
Bake 12–15 minutes until golden brown.
Let cool slightly and serve with dipping sauces
Freeze unbaked rollups and bake fresh as needed.
