These Garlic Butter Cheeseburger Rollups wrap all your favorite burger flavors in flaky crescent dough, brushed with rich garlic butter and baked to golden perfection.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef (80/20)

  • 1 small yellow onion, finely chopped

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tbsp ketchup

  • 1 tsp yellow mustard

  • 1/4 cup dill pickles, finely chopped (optional)

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 1/2 tsp paprika

  • 1/4 tsp onion powder

  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

  • 1 can (8 oz) crescent roll dough

  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

  • 1 clove garlic, minced (for butter)

  • Optional: sesame seeds, parsley flakes

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

  • In a skillet, sauté onion until soft. Add garlic and cook 30 seconds.

  • Add beef and cook until browned. Drain grease.

  • Stir in ketchup, mustard, pickles, salt, pepper, paprika, and onion powder. Let cool slightly.

  • Unroll crescent dough and separate into triangles or squares.

  • Add spoonful of beef mixture and cheese to each piece. Roll tightly and place seam-side down on baking sheet.

  • Mix melted butter with minced garlic and brush over tops.

  • Bake 12–15 minutes until golden brown.

  • Let cool slightly and serve with dipping sauces

  • Freeze unbaked rollups and bake fresh as needed.

  • Swap cheddar for mozzarella, gouda, or pepper jack.
