12 ounces bow tie (farfalle) pasta
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 cup cucumber, diced
1/2 cup red bell pepper, chopped
1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
1/2 cup black olives, sliced
3/4 cup mozzarella pearls
1/2 cup salami, sliced into strips
1/3 cup Italian dressing
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  • Cook bow tie pasta in salted boiling water until tender, then drain and cool.
  • Chop all vegetables and slice olives and salami.
  • Combine pasta, vegetables, olives, cheese, and salami in a large bowl.
  • Whisk dressing, olive oil, vinegar, and oregano.
  • Pour dressing over salad and toss to coat.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
