A fresh and tangy Italian spaghetti salad with crisp vegetables and a zesty dressing, perfect for gatherings and everyday meals.

Ingredients

12 ounces spaghetti
1 cup Italian dressing
1 1/2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
1 cup diced cucumber
1 cup diced bell peppers
1/3 cup red onion, chopped
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup black olives
1/4 cup salami (optional)
2 tablespoons parsley
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • Cook spaghetti in salted boiling water until tender, then drain and rinse with cold water.
  • Cut spaghetti into shorter pieces.
  • Let pasta drain completely.
  • Toss pasta with most of the Italian dressing.
  • Add vegetables, cheese, olives, and salami.
  • Mix gently and add remaining dressing, salt, and pepper.
  • Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
