1 1/2 pounds chicken breast or thighs cut into cubes
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
3/4 cup barbecue sauce

Soak wooden skewers in water if using.
Cut chicken into evenly sized cubes.
Mix olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and vinegar.
Toss chicken in the marinade and rest for 20–30 minutes.
Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
Thread chicken onto skewers.
Grill for about 10–12 minutes turning occasionally.
Brush barbecue sauce onto chicken during the final minutes.
Cook until chicken reaches 165°F internally.
Rest briefly and serve warm.
