A crave-worthy fusion of lasagna and cheeseburgers, featuring crispy bacon, garlic parmesan cheese, and juicy ground beef layered with pasta and melty cheddar.
9 lasagna noodles (or oven-ready)
1 lb ground beef
6 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
1 small onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup tomato sauce
1/4 cup ketchup
1 tbsp yellow mustard
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 cup ricotta or cream cheese
1/2 cup grated parmesan
1 cup shredded mozzarella
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar
1 egg
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Optional: chopped pickles
Salt and pepper, to taste
Preheat oven to 375°F. Boil noodles if not using oven-ready.
In a skillet, cook bacon until crisp. Remove, chop, and reserve.
Brown ground beef with onion. Drain fat. Add garlic, ketchup, mustard, tomato sauce, paprika, half the bacon. Simmer 5 mins.
Mix ricotta, parmesan, mozzarella, egg, garlic, and Italian seasoning in a bowl.
Layer noodles, meat, cheese mix, and cheddar in a 9×13 baking dish. Repeat layers.
Finish with noodles, cheese mix, mozzarella, cheddar, and remaining bacon.
Cover and bake 30 mins. Uncover and bake another 10–15 mins until bubbly.
Rest 10 minutes before serving.
Add pickles for a bold cheeseburger touch.
Use BBQ sauce instead of ketchup for a smoky flavor.
Can be made ahead or frozen before baking.
