A bold, cheesy casserole that combines all the flavors of a classic cheeseburger layered like lasagna — ground beef, pickles, cheddar, ketchup, and creamy cheese sauce.

  • 9 lasagna noodles, cooked

  • lbs ground beef

  • 1 onion, chopped

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • ½ cup ketchup

  • 2 tbsp yellow mustard

  • ½ cup chopped dill pickles (optional)

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 8 oz cream cheese or ricotta

  • ½ cup sour cream or mayo

  • 1 egg

  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

  • Optional: breadcrumbs or sesame seeds for topping

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F. Cook noodles, drain, and set aside.

  • Brown ground beef with onion and garlic. Drain fat. Stir in ketchup, mustard, and pickles.

  • In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, egg, salt, and pepper until smooth.

  • In a greased 9×13″ dish, layer: beef, noodles, cheese mix, shredded cheese — repeat layers.

  • Top with cheese and optional breadcrumbs or sesame seeds.

  • Cover with foil, bake 25 min. Uncover and bake 15–20 min more.

  • Let rest 10 min before serving.

Notes

  • Use oven-ready noodles for faster prep.

  • Add cooked bacon for a cheeseburger twist.
