A moist, flavorful meatloaf made with Lipton Onion Soup Mix — the classic weeknight dinner your whole family will love.
2 lbs ground beef (80/20)
1 packet Lipton Onion Soup Mix
¾ cup plain breadcrumbs
2 large eggs
⅓ cup milk (or water)
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce (optional)
¼ cup ketchup or BBQ sauce (for topping)
Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet or grease a loaf pan.
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, soup mix, breadcrumbs, eggs, milk, and optional Worcestershire.
Mix gently by hand until just combined. Don’t overmix.
Shape into a loaf and place on the sheet or in a loaf pan.
Spread ketchup or BBQ sauce on top.
Bake for 55–65 minutes, until internal temp reaches 160°F.
Rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
Use gluten-free breadcrumbs for a GF version.
Add shredded carrots or cheese for variation.
