A moist, flavorful meatloaf made with Lipton Onion Soup Mix — the classic weeknight dinner your whole family will love.

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs ground beef (80/20)

  • 1 packet Lipton Onion Soup Mix

  • ¾ cup plain breadcrumbs

  • 2 large eggs

  • ⅓ cup milk (or water)

  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce (optional)

  • ¼ cup ketchup or BBQ sauce (for topping)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet or grease a loaf pan.

  • In a large bowl, combine ground beef, soup mix, breadcrumbs, eggs, milk, and optional Worcestershire.

  • Mix gently by hand until just combined. Don’t overmix.

  • Shape into a loaf and place on the sheet or in a loaf pan.

  • Spread ketchup or BBQ sauce on top.

  • Bake for 55–65 minutes, until internal temp reaches 160°F.

  • Rest for 10 minutes before slicing.

Notes

  • Use gluten-free breadcrumbs for a GF version.

  • Add shredded carrots or cheese for variation.

  • Leftovers make excellent sandwiches.
