A juicy, flavorful meatloaf made with Lipton Onion Soup Mix for a rich, savory dinner that’s quick to prepare and always satisfying.

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs ground beef (80/20)

  • 1 packet Lipton Onion Soup Mix (dry)

  • 2 large eggs

  • 1 cup plain breadcrumbs

  • ¾ cup water or milk

  • ¼ cup ketchup (optional glaze)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a loaf pan or line a baking sheet.

  • In a large bowl, combine ground beef, soup mix, eggs, and liquid.

  • Add breadcrumbs and mix until just combined.

  • Shape into a loaf and place in the pan or on the sheet.

  • Spread ketchup on top if using.

  • Bake for 60–70 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 160°F.

  • Let rest 10 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

  • Add grated cheese inside the loaf for a melty center.
