2 bagels, halved
1 cup cooked chicken, shredded or sliced
1 tablespoon real maple syrup
4 eggs
1 tablespoon milk or water
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
2 teaspoons butter
Salt and pepper, to taste
Heat 1 teaspoon of butter in a skillet. Warm chicken, drizzle with maple syrup, stir to coat, and set aside.
Lightly butter bagel halves and toast in a skillet, cut side down, until golden.
