5 eggs

1 cup spinach

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Cook onion, garlic, and spinach.
  • Whisk eggs, milk, and seasoning.
  • Add spinach and cheese to crust.
  • Pour egg mixture over filling.
  • Bake for 35–40 minutes.

Notes

Drain spinach well. Cover crust edges if browning too quickly. Can be made crustless.
