1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and line a 9×9-inch pan.
- Prepare cookie dough and press into pan.
- Layer Oreo cookies evenly on top.
- Mix brownie batter and spread over Oreos.
- Bake for 35–40 minutes until set.
