3–4 cups cooked shredded chicken
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese (plus ½ cup for topping)
½ cup sliced green onions
½ cup cooked and crumbled bacon (optional)
1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed
½ cup (1 stick) melted butter
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
In a large bowl, mix chicken, soup, sour cream, 1½ cups cheddar, green onions, and bacon (if using).
Spread mixture evenly in the baking dish. Sprinkle reserved ½ cup cheese on top.
