1/4 cup olive oil
4 cloves garlic, sliced
2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain and reserve some pasta water.
  • Heat olive oil and gently cook garlic until fragrant.
  • Add tomatoes and cook until softened.
  • Stir in red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
  • Toss pasta with the sauce, adding pasta water if needed.
  • Remove from heat and add basil.
