1/2 cup chopped mushrooms
1/4 cup chopped spinach
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  • Mix warm water, yeast, and olive oil, then let sit for 5 minutes.
  • Add flour and salt, mix, and knead into a smooth dough.
  • Let dough rise for 1 hour until doubled.
  • Roll dough into a rectangle.
  • Spread sauce and vegetables evenly, then add cheese.
  • Roll tightly into a log and slice into pieces.
  • Place on baking tray and brush with olive oil.
  • Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 18–22 minutes.
