2 pounds potatoes, chopped
1 packet Lipton onion soup mix
1/4 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup broth
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon paprika (optional)
1 tablespoon parsley (optional)

Instructions

  • Wash and cut potatoes into even chunks.
  • Place potatoes in a greased slow cooker.
  • Mix butter, broth, garlic, and seasoning.
  • Sprinkle onion soup mix over potatoes.
  • Pour liquid mixture on top and toss gently.
  • Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or high for 3–4 hours.
  • Stir once if desired during cooking.
  • Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
