1 cauliflower
1 onion
2 tomatoes
3 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon ginger
3 tablespoons oil
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
1 teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon coriander
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon garam masala
2 tablespoons cilantro

Instructions

  • Heat oil and add cumin seeds.
  • Cook onion until soft.
  • Add garlic and ginger, then tomatoes.

Notes

Do not overcook cauliflower. Keep the dish lightly coated, not too watery.
