This spicy grilled chicken wrap recipe is filled with juicy, marinated chicken, crisp veggies, and a creamy sauce — all rolled up in a warm tortilla for a delicious, portable meal.
1½ lbs chicken thighs or breasts
½ cup Greek yogurt
2 tbsp olive oil
Juice of ½ lemon
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp chili powder
½ tsp cumin
½ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp cayenne pepper
Salt & pepper to taste
4 large tortillas
1 cup shredded romaine lettuce
1 tomato, thinly sliced
½ cucumber, sliced
¼ red onion, thinly sliced
Optional: yogurt sauce or chipotle mayo
In a bowl, whisk together yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, and spices.
Add chicken, coat well, and marinate for at least 30 minutes (or overnight).
Grill chicken on medium-high heat until fully cooked; rest and slice.
Prep vegetables while chicken cools.
Warm tortillas to soften.
Spread sauce, add chicken and vegetables.
