1 pound boneless skinless chicken thighs, cut into pieces
8 ounces egg noodles
6 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1/3 cup water
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 green onions, sliced
1 teaspoon ginger (optional)
1 tablespoon chili flakes (optional)
Cook noodles according to package directions and set aside.
Mix soy sauce, brown sugar, oyster sauce, water, and cornstarch.
Heat oil in a pan and cook chicken until browned and cooked through.
Add garlic and ginger, cook briefly until fragrant.
Pour in sauce and simmer until thickened.
Add noodles and toss until fully coated.
Finish with sesame oil, pepper, and green onions.
Do not overcook garlic. Add vegetables for extra texture. Adjust sauce thickness with water if needed.
