A refreshing Strawberry Tiramisu made with layers of ladyfingers, strawberry syrup, mascarpone cream, and fresh strawberries.

Ingredients

2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup water
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 cup mascarpone cheese
1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Extra strawberries for garnish

Instructions

  • Cook strawberries, sugar, water, and lemon juice to make syrup. Strain and cool.
  • Whisk mascarpone until smooth.
  • Whip cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until soft peaks form.
  • Fold whipped cream into mascarpone.
  • Dip ladyfingers briefly in syrup and layer in dish.
  • Spread cream and add strawberries.
  • Repeat layers and finish with cream.
  • Chill for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  • Garnish with strawberries and serve chilled.
