1 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs or breasts
1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
1 tbsp oil
4 large flour tortillas
2 cups shredded cabbage or coleslaw mix
1 tbsp mayo or Greek yogurt
1 tsp lime juice
Salt to taste
1 tbsp sesame seeds (optional)
2 green onions, chopped
Optional: avocado, spicy mayo, cucumber, chili slices
Slice chicken and season lightly.
Heat oil in a skillet and cook chicken until golden and fully cooked.
Add teriyaki sauce and simmer until thick and sticky.
Warm tortillas in a pan or microwave.
