This fluffy pizza dough bakes up with a soft interior, crisp edges, and the perfect rise for thick, chewy crust lovers. Ideal for pan pizza, oven baking, or even stuffed crusts.
3 ½ cups (440g) bread flour
2 ¼ tsp instant yeast (1 packet)
1 ¼ cups warm water (105–110°F)
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp sugar
1 ½ tsp salt
In a large bowl, mix flour, yeast, sugar, and salt.
Add warm water and olive oil. Mix until dough forms.
Knead by hand (10 mins) or with mixer (6–8 mins) until smooth.
Place dough in an oiled bowl, cover, and let rise for 1½–2 hours.
Punch down and divide. Shape into pizza rounds.
Optional: Let rest 30–60 mins for extra fluffiness.
Preheat oven to 475–500°F with pizza stone or steel.
Add toppings and bake 10–12 minutes or until golden and puffed.
