These Turkey Cranberry Sliders are warm, melty, and packed with festive flavor — perfect for parties, leftovers, or weeknight dinners.
1 package (12-count) Hawaiian rolls
2 cups cooked turkey, sliced or shredded
3/4 cup cranberry sauce (whole berry or jellied)
6–8 slices Swiss cheese
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon poppy seeds (optional)
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Slice rolls horizontally without separating them. Place bottom halves in dish.
Layer turkey, cranberry sauce, and cheese evenly over the rolls.
Top with the other half of the rolls.
In a small bowl, mix melted butter, mustard, Worcestershire, garlic powder, onion powder, and poppy seeds.
Brush mixture over rolls. Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
Remove foil and bake another 8–10 minutes until golden.
Rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving warm.
Swap Swiss for brie, provolone, or mozzarella.
For crispier tops, broil for 1–2 minutes at the end.
