Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package (12-count) Hawaiian rolls

  • 2 cups cooked turkey, sliced or shredded

  • 3/4 cup cranberry sauce (whole berry or jellied)

  • 68 slices Swiss cheese

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1 teaspoon poppy seeds (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

  • Slice rolls horizontally without separating them. Place bottom halves in dish.

  • Layer turkey, cranberry sauce, and cheese evenly over the rolls.

  • Top with the other half of the rolls.

  • In a small bowl, mix melted butter, mustard, Worcestershire, garlic powder, onion powder, and poppy seeds.

  • Brush mixture over rolls. Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes.

  • Remove foil and bake another 8–10 minutes until golden.

  • Rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving warm.

Notes

  • Swap Swiss for brie, provolone, or mozzarella.

  • For crispier tops, broil for 1–2 minutes at the end.

  • Make ahead: refrigerate assembled sliders up to 24 hours before baking.
