2 pounds potatoes
1/4 cup olive oil
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1/3 cup dill
1/4 cup red onion
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Use fresh dill for best flavor. Toss while potatoes are still warm.
