1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened

1/2 cup brown sugar
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons milk
1 cup finely chopped pecans
16 soft caramel candies
2 tablespoons heavy cream
1/2 cup chocolate chips
Chill dough if too soft.
