1 1/2 pounds flank steak or sirloin
1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 ears fresh corn, husked
6 cups mixed greens
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/4 small red onion, thinly sliced
1/2 cup crumbled gorgonzola
1/3 cup toasted walnuts or pecans
Whisk balsamic vinegar, olive oil, garlic, Dijon mustard, honey, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
Marinate steak in the mixture for 30 minutes to 4 hours in the refrigerator.
Preheat grill to medium-high and oil the grates.
