2 cups chopped rhubarb
1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 cup sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt

2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup melted butter

1/2 cup powdered sugar
2–3 tablespoons milk
