1 red bell pepper, diced

1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped
1 avocado, diced
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
1/3 cup olive oil
1/4 cup lime juice
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
