Ingredients

1 lb ground beef
3 cups cooked rice
1 carrot
2 cups spinach
1 zucchini
1 cup bean sprouts
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
3 garlic cloves
2 eggs
1 tbsp vegetable oil
2 tbsp chili paste
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp vinegar
1 tbsp sesame seeds
2 green onions

Instructions

  1. Cook rice and keep warm.
  2. Brown ground beef in a skillet.
  3. Add garlic, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
  4. Cook vegetables separately.
  5. Mix sauce ingredients until smooth.
  6. Fry eggs in a pan.
  7. Arrange rice, beef, and vegetables in bowls.
  8. Top with egg, sauce, and garnishes.
  9. Mix before serving.
