A creamy and flavorful Easy Chicken Garlic Parmesan Pasta made with tender chicken, rich garlic sauce, and perfectly cooked pasta.

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into pieces
8 ounces pasta
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
3/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/4 cup parsley

Instructions

  • Cook pasta according to package directions and reserve some pasta water.
  • Heat olive oil and cook chicken until golden and fully cooked.
  • Remove chicken and melt butter in the same pan.
  • Add garlic and cook briefly.
  • Pour in cream and stir, then add Parmesan cheese.
  • Return chicken and add cooked pasta.
  • Mix well and adjust consistency with pasta water if needed.
  • Cook for a few minutes, garnish with parsley, and serve.
