Creamy chicken garlic parmesan pasta made with tender chicken, rich garlic butter sauce, and parmesan cheese tossed with perfectly cooked pasta

Ingredients

300 g pasta
2 chicken breasts, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp olive oil
1 cup heavy cream
3/4 cup parmesan cheese
Salt and black pepper to taste
Fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta until al dente and drain.
  2. Season and cook chicken in olive oil.
  3. Remove chicken and melt butter in same pan.
  4. Add garlic and sauté lightly.
  5. Pour in cream and simmer.
  6. Stir in parmesan until smooth.
  7. Return chicken to sauce.
  8. Add cooked pasta and mix well.
  9. Serve warm with parsley.

Notes

Add pasta water if sauce is too thick. Do not burn garlic. Serve immediately for best creaminess.
