Quick and savory Pizza Eggs made in one skillet with eggs, tomato sauce, cheese, and classic pizza flavors for a fast breakfast or meal.

 

Ingredients

3 eggs
2 tbsp olive oil or butter
1/4 cup tomato sauce or marinara
1/3 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 tsp Italian seasoning or oregano
Salt and black pepper to taste
Optional toppings: pepperoni, mushrooms, bell peppers, basil

Instructions

 

  1. Whisk eggs with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat oil or butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Cook optional toppings for 1–2 minutes.
  4. Pour in eggs and gently scramble.
  5. Add tomato sauce over eggs.
  6. Sprinkle cheese and seasoning.
  7. Cover until cheese melts.
  8. Remove from heat and top with basil.
  9. Serve warm.

 

Notes

Cook on medium heat for soft eggs. Add toppings based on preference. Best served immediately.
