2 pounds chicken
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup tomato sauce
1 onion
3 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Juice of 1 lime
8 tortillas
1/2 cup cheese
1/2 cup lettuce
1 avocado
1/4 cup cilantro
1/2 cup salsa

Instructions

  • Place chicken in slow cooker and add onion and garlic.
  • Mix spices and sprinkle over chicken.
  • Pour in broth and tomato sauce.
  • Cook on low for 5–6 hours or high for 3–4 hours.
  • Shred chicken and return to slow cooker.
  • Add lime juice and mix well.
  • Serve in tortillas with toppings.
