8 small flour tortillas
8 slices American cheese
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons ketchup
1 tablespoon mustard
1 cup shredded lettuce
1/2 cup diced onion
1/2 cup sliced pickles

Instructions

  • Mix mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard to make the sauce.
  • Divide ground beef into 8 portions.
  • Press each portion thinly onto a tortilla.
  • Season the meat with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  • Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Place tortillas meat-side down and cook for 2–3 minutes.
