A simple and satisfying tuna sandwich made with creamy tuna filling, crisp vegetables, and fresh bread for an easy everyday meal.

1 can tuna, drained
2 tbsp mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt)
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp celery, finely chopped
1 tbsp red onion, finely chopped
Salt and black pepper to taste
4 slices bread
Lettuce and tomato (optional)

Ingredients

  1. Drain tuna thoroughly.
  2. Add tuna to a bowl.
  3. Mix in mayonnaise or yogurt.
  4. Stir in celery and onion.
  5. Add lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  6. Mix until well combined.
  7. Toast bread if desired.
