Tuna Melt Wrap is a warm, creamy, and cheesy wrap filled with seasoned tuna and toasted to a golden crisp.

Ingredients

2 cans tuna, drained
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 cup celery, chopped
1/4 cup red onion, chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
4 flour tortillas
1 tablespoon butter or oil

Instructions

  • Mix tuna, mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, celery, onion, salt, and pepper.
  • Place filling onto tortillas and top with cheese.
  • Roll into wraps.
  • Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Cook wraps seam-side down until golden.
  • Flip and cook until cheese melts.
  • Rest briefly, slice, and serve.

Notes
