Turkey Combo Rice is a simple rice bowl made with seasoned ground turkey, vegetables, and light sauce served over fluffy rice.

2 cups cooked rice
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup bell pepper
1/2 cup corn
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon salt
Optional green onions and sesame seeds

Instructions

  • Cook rice and set aside.
